Every engagement is staffed with at least one founder and one senior engineer. We deliberately do not run more than a handful of engagements at a time — boutique pricing requires boutique attention.

No account managers

The people scoping your problem are the people building it. You have direct access to the engineer and the delivery lead — not a layer of project management in between.

Named external contributors

For specialised work — legal review, regulatory analysis, integrations into core platforms — we partner with trusted domain experts. Every external contributor is named, scoped, and approved before they touch your data.
