How quickly can you deploy something useful?

We deploy in weeks, not quarters. The first engagement is a half-day workshop where we map your highest-friction workflow and leave you with a working prototype of one automation.

A full rollout typically follows in 4–10 weeks, depending on integrations and access.

What does an engagement cost?

The introductory workshop and prototype is a fixed fee of €22,000–€30,000. Full deployments are scoped from there, depending on the number of workflows, integrations and ongoing support required.

We do not give a price before scope exists.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Every engagement is delivered under NDA. We can sign your standard NDA or send ours — whichever is faster.

Client work, names and outcomes are confidential by default. References are available on request once both parties agree.

Where do you work?

We work with mid-market firms across Europe, the United States and the MENA region. Most engagements run remotely with on-site visits scheduled around key milestones.

Who actually does the work?

The senior team that scopes your problem. There are no handoffs to juniors at the critical moment. We deliberately staff a small number of engagements at a time.

How do you handle our data?

We default to processing your data inside your environment or in a dedicated tenant under your control. Where third-party AI providers are used, we contract them under data-processing agreements with strict retention and training opt-outs.

Specific architecture is agreed with you before any data leaves your systems.

Do we need to commit to a long contract?

No. The workshop and prototype is a single fixed-fee engagement. Anything beyond that is contracted phase by phase: each phase is signed off and invoiced before the next begins.

Operations retainers, when used, are 6-month minimums.

Can you work alongside our existing IT or automation team?

Yes. We frequently embed alongside an internal team — building the components, transferring knowledge and stepping back as your team takes ownership.

We document everything; runbooks are part of every delivery.
